In addition, our prices are comparable to traditional clinic visits, our vets are experienced & qualified, and clients consistently rate our services highly. Our vision is to become the new normal for general vet care by bringing professional, modern and quality vet care to the comfort of your home.
Swift Vets operates Monday-Friday from 9am – 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am-1pm.

Appointments
We schedule our appointments to ensure your pet receives the highest quality care in a calm, stress-free environment. Appointment durations vary depending on the service provided, the number of pets, the pets’ needs. Appointments usually take 20-40 minutes, additional time is allocated if multiple pets are seen during the appointment
We try our best to stay on schedule. However please allow for a 15-30 minutes window to allow for unexpected traffic and delays. If we are running early or late, outside this window we will try our best to keep you informed. You will receive an ETA text message when your vet is on their way.
We would like to make your vet visit as calm and stress-free as possible. Please ensure that your pet is in a comfortable, calm and quiet environment. It is also useful to have your pet’s previous medical history and vaccination records on hand.
Pricing
We provide convenient, personal home visits. Our call out fee is $49 which covers all your pets during the visit. Each in-home consultation is affordably priced at $99 per pet.
Our medication and procedure costs are comparable to going into the clinic. We believe price transparency is very important, a price list for service charge is provided on our website. The total cost of the at-home visit will change depending on the services required and discussed with you and your Vet. If you are out of the area, an additional travel fee of $40 may apply depending on location.
Services
If it is determined that your pet requires more advanced diagnostic tests or surgery, then your vet will discuss the next steps involved, reason for further testing and help coordinate further care at a local GP clinic or specialist centre.
Yes, our vet will bring required equipment & medications along if they anticipate your pet may need them. That’s why it is important to provide detailed information about your pet’s condition when booking. If the vet does not have the right medication on hand, they will provide you with a prescription.
Did you know that 70-80% of vet visits can be done in home with adequate equipment and medication? Common conditions such as skin infections, ear infections, UTIs, tummy upsets, arthritis and much more can be treated at home. If more advanced care is required, this will be discussed with you and we will help you with referral.
